Lithium-ion Battery

Our choice for the EVX1 range is the Premium LG 18650 Lithium-ion Battery which incorporates no less than Eight Safety features. As LG is a significant and reputable battery cell provider into the ever expanding Electric Vehicle market you can be secure about this unit’s reliability.

Depending on your choice of model, the EVX1 range comes with two battery sizes as standard. There is the 278Wh battery which is Airline approved or the 417Wh which comes standard with the EVX1 Metro . Both of these batteries are interchangeable between the two models and are conveniently located within the floor pan.

Charging can be undertaken either by removing the battery or by plugging directly into the Scooter and removing the Battery is a simple as pushing a button, as is the reinstalling.

Driving Console

"Simplicity and Functionality in Mind"

The driving console has been designed for convenience and functionality in mind. Uncluttered and simple of use, was the key criteria for this Controllers design.

Featuring a forward and reverse button along with six speed levels in either forward or reverse you will easily navigate those tricky areas will ease.

Adjacent to the speed toggle you will find the forward and reverse switch conveniently situated beside the warning horn button. Along with the four bar Battery indicator there is a USB input located for charging your favourite devices.

Brushless Motor

To allow a smooth and continuous drive over many years and long distances the EVX1 range comes with a unique, permanent BLDC Brushless Motor. This all aluminium motor offers improved reliability and durability, providing precise timing, accurate speed and torque control.

Via sophisticated software algorithms, and the Hall effect sensors, the motor utilises modern reverse charging techniques for deceleration and stopping, to provide you with a smooth driving experience. Combined with the Electric Absorption Braking system you can have confidence in the ability to stop when you need to.

Chassis Construction

The Chassis or Skeleton Body of the EVX1 Scooter is forged with a combination of a Magnesium Alloy to provide an incredibly light weight but robust frame to build upon. This offers a high strength to weight ratio, along with a superior resistance to corrosion.

With the added combination of Stainless Steel components incorporated into the chassis and other areas, the EVX1 range of Scooters is built to last.

PU Filled Tires

Safety is paramount, that is why the EVX1 range comes with a Solid, Explosion Proof 8 Inch ( 203 mm) front wheel and a pair of 9 Inch ( 228 mm ) rear Wheels.

These PU filled tires provide virtual elimination of ever getting a flat tire and also provide optimal traction in weather extremes.
